I'm from Brazil and I'm thinking about backpacking and going to Japan but still need to fing a baito there in order to make a living for a few months although as a tourist...

is it hard for someone being a foreigner going to Japan with no guaranteed employment and actually only looking for it when already there?

I'm graduating in english translation this semester... are there things like home teaching? is it common?
