On Friday night, Lloyd, his friend Chiho, and her friend Yurina went for dinner at a shabu shabu restaurant in Kanayama. Shabu shabu is thinly sliced quickly self-boiled meat. We had a great time, and as the girls didn’t want to drink, Lloyd and I had to drink the 700ml sake bottle ourselves (maybe 2/3 by me).
The other night I found out a really nice cocktail/shot combination - 2/3 midori with 1/3 baileys layered on top. Here’s some photos of the result, with a nice Japanese glass I bought last week.
