The last week has been very unproductive. I’ve spent a lot of the time sleeping, surfing, and playing a lot of Doom. I guess I’ve been reminiscing over my primary school addiction. and I might have gotten myself re-addicted with the accidental release of a Doom 3 alpha. This week I’ll be thinking about uni enrolment for next year, as well as possibly doing some more web production.

Just watched Jason And The Argonauts on DVD (borrowed from the city of adelaide library). Last time I saw it was around 10 years ago, and I still love it :P

Just writing that I finished my essay on time :D, handed it up, and showed my Mum (and Aunt, who happened to be there) photos of Jay - they were overjoyed with happiness and goo goo gah gah ;)
Yesterday I ate nothing but sushi all day ::exhales in bliss:: thanks to preparation of food for a wedding reception which Aki and I ended up not going to.

After hearing a club mix of Close Cover (from Cafe Del Mar 5) on Fresh FM a weekend or two ago, I decided just then to try to play it on a keyboard (piano in this case) and I can now, after a few mins of working out the notes and around 15-20 mins of practice I can *slowly* play the main theme :D:D:D
Now back to my essay…

It is interesting what one finds in times of procrastination. I now have a reading of the current temperature, air pressure and humidity in Adelaide in my taskbar (TrueLaunchBar has been updated). Check this out - it’s a realtime satellite tracking Java program; I reckon it’s pretty darn interesting… I’ve also actually been watching Neighbours (the current and 80s/90s version in the early afternoon). And of course, there’s now photos of Cyyyuuuuute Jay! I really have to get cracking on this last essay on the television DIY renovation lifestyle genre…
